The following would not be acceptable:

Investment groups/investor clubs (or where a finders fee exists)
Limited companies
Applicants purchasing a property from a company in which the applicant has an interest
Businesses
Limited liabilities
Property developers
Social housing schemes
Back to back or sub sales
Distressed sales
Applicants with diplomatic immunity.
