The following would not be acceptable:

  • Investment groups/investor clubs (or where a finders fee exists)
  • Limited companies
  • Applicants purchasing a property from a company in which the applicant has an interest
  • Businesses
  • Limited liabilities
  • Property developers
  • Social housing schemes
  • Back to back or sub sales
  • Distressed sales
  • Applicants with diplomatic immunity.
