The following would not be acceptable:
- Investment groups/investor clubs (or where a finders fee exists)
- Limited companies
- Applicants purchasing a property from a company in which the applicant has an interest
- Businesses
- Limited liabilities
- Property developers
- Social housing schemes
- Back to back or sub sales
- Distressed sales
- Applicants with diplomatic immunity.
