Concessionary purchases from family members, landlords and ex-partners are acceptable to Accord. Maximum LTV is based upon the valuation.

The maximum loan amount cannot exceed the discounted purchase price.

A solicitor's letter is required to confirm the reduced purchase price, the name of vendor and your relationship to them.
