Accord Business Development Manager Eloise Tovey has been recognised as the Accord 2020 Customer Choice Award winner.

The annual awards celebrate outstanding customer service and this year brokers were invited to nominate the individuals who have really made a difference to their businesses.

More than 160 brokers took the time to nominate an Accord team member who they believed had demonstrated exceptional customer service. The Accord senior leadership team then whittled the nominations down to six finalists; Eloise Tovey; Bernie Adams; Greg Peake; Mike Clarke; Hayley Wilders and Thomas Hill. All the finalists attended Yorkshire Building Society’s virtual ‘Raising the Roof’ awards ceremony held last night (Thursday 26 November).

Eloise, or Ellie as she is more commonly known, received 15 nominations from brokers and was announced as the winner by Chief Customer Officer, Charles Canning. He commented:

Congratulations to Ellie. One quote in Ellie’s many nominations really stood out to me as it shows how far Accord has come in the last couple of years, and that is down to Ellie, our other finalists and everyone working on Accord business.

Ben Murphy from Mortgage Medics, one of the brokers who nominated Ellie for the prestigious award said:
