Have you ever filled in an application for a client only to be bombarded by requests for paperwork which are quite simply a pain to get? Well, for Buy to Let we’ve removed the ones we think give you the most grief. And, if we do need to see some paperwork we no longer need it to be certified when you upload or send it to us. Win win!

• Personal Bank statements – no longer needed, unless your client is a Portfolio Landlord, First Time Landlord or employed by a family member.
• Proof of Deposit – no longer needed. In some cases underwriters might ask to see evidence, for example if the deposit is coming from abroad.
• Document certification – no need to certify documents, and if we need to ask for ID, photocopies of a Passport or Driving Licence will do the job.
