What you need to know when sending or receiving payments to your Offset account

Important information - Please note that as we do not currently offer offset mortgages for Buy to Let, the information on this page relates only to residential mortgages.

Before making any transactions, you should refer to our information on the charges & fees that apply to your savings accounts.

Disclaimer

Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

If you have a Buy to Let property, then alternatively a receiver may be appointed (except in Scotland) to receive the rent and/or to sell the property. After sale, you will remain responsible for the payment of any mortgage shortfall debt.
